I'm not 100% sure but I think the RealTek Definition Audio replaced the Intel High Definition DSP entry. Introduction Installs the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver for Windows® 10 & Windows 11 for the 3. I no longer see Intel High Definition DSP, instead I have RealTek High Definition Audio (SST). After many hours and trying everything, I finally resolved it and you will not believe how Go to unistall programs and uninstall the realtek driver program. I no longer have any devices that are not recognized. I have a 15-ay191ms laptop and had the problem with Intel High Definition DSP showing up in device manager as needing a driver. Once the PC had rebooted I checked the Device Manager. After reboot the installer continued and installed the driver. The Realtek installer first uninstalled the existing driver and required a reboot. Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) When I opened my computer device manager, I found that there is driver missing (Intel high definition DSP). I downloaded the file "Realtek High Definition Audio Driver for Intel® NUC Kits, Version: 6., Date: " and unzipped the file to a directory and ran the setup file. I tried the link again today for the audio driver and now it works
